Q: Can we have multiple properties
I have more than one property, can I add all of them when I sign up?

A: Yes, you can add all of your properties under the same login/account. Free to add an unlimited amount of vacation rentals. Property managers now have an free place to list their vacation rentals.

Q: My area does not exist?
My area does not exist, can I add a new area?


A: Yes, when adding a vacation rental, just type in the new area name. Once you finish adding the listing, it will await our approval (no longer than 1 hour). If you placed the area in the wrong region, our system will automatically move it to the correct region that same day and send you a notification.

What is the fee for advertising a vacation rental.

A: FREE

Optional:
Silver Seal - $40(one time fee).
Gold Seal - $100(one time fee).

Q: How do you use the availablity calendar?
How do you use the availability/booking calendar?

A: Very simple

To set the status of a date, click on the date on the calendar.
First click will set to "Pending"
Second click will set it to "Booked"
Click one more time to set back to "Available"

There is no update button, once you click it automatically updates your calendar

To disable it, click edit under "manage rentals" and click "no" next to availability calendar.

How will I know when my payment is processed?

A: By Credit Card: If you pay by credit card your payment is usually processed immediately, but may take up to 24 hours.

By Check: If you pay by check, please allow at least 2-3 weeks from the time it is mailed before it is processed. Please do not contact us to inquire if payment has been received within this timeframe. A notification by email is sent after each payment is processed. If you do not receive an email from us after 3 weeks, please contact us about the payment.

A: PayPal can be used to send and receive payments through the internet.Once you sign up for a PayPal account, you can send and receive money online.When you send money, you can choose to fund your payments from your PayPal account balance, a credit card, or your bank account. Recipients are then notified via an email from PayPal that they have received a payment from you.

Q: How do I view properties?
How do I view properties?

A: To view a property, go to our home page and navigate to the area you are interested in. A list of properties with will be shown along with a preview image of the property, several icons showing the most popular amenities, rates and the type of rental.

An advanced sort is associated with every area. You can also sort by property title, community, rates, type of rental, bed, baths and sleeps.

Once you find a property of interest, click the title or preview image of the property to see the details for that property.

How do I know the vacation rentals are real?

A: We verify the vacation rentals through our Gold and Silver Seals. View the "verification process" tab at the top of this page to read and view the steps we take to verify each property.

Q: Silver Seal
What is a Verified Vacation Rental Silver Seal

A: Our website automatically generates a hidden random 16 digit verification number for every listing entered in our system.

The owner pays us a fee to mail that hidden 16 digit verification code to their "Vacation Rental Address".

They must login to our site and enter this number.

If the number matches the hidden one that was generated for that listing, we will display a Verified Vacation Rental Silver Seal on their property listing page.

This process verifies the rental is real and not a fake listing some scam artist posted. This gives renters more confidence each time they inquire/book a vacation rental using our site.

We also disable the vacation rental address from being changed for an extra step in security.

What is a Vacation Rental Verified Gold Seal

A: The owner pays us a fee to do a property background check with their credit card.

If the owners name on the credit card matches the property title, we will display a Verified Vacation Rental Gold Seal on their property listing page.
