Encostas De Oliveras is located on the outskirts of Vilamoura in a quite cal-de-sac of select luxury apartments & townhouses. It is fairly new so you can expect all the mordern emenities as well .

The townhouse is a gated community and sits amongst lovely gardens and well maintained lawns, offering privacy as well as solitude.There are just 8 townhouses in this community and the swimming pool is communial.The townhouse comes with doubleglazing, and shutters which allows the windows to be open yet keeps out all the bugs. Perfect in summer.There is no air conditioning, however fans and heaters are provided .

The ENTRANCE hall leads into the large kitchen , fully fitted with fridge/freezer, hob, oven/grill (electric) , toaster, microwave & dishwasher. Water is heated by piped gas. To the right there is an entrance hall toilet, handy for those dashes in from the swimming pool.

Also on this level is the open plan lounge & dining area.There is dining area for 6.The lounge area has satellite television , DVD Player,and Hi-fi System 

 Double glass doors lead from this spacious & airy lounge to the patio and back sun area complete with twin sun loungers. Perfect for sunbathing !

Marble staircase leads upto the next level , which offers amazing views from the bedrooms. To the left of the landing is the twin bedroom with ensuite shower.This bedroom has a patio opening out onto the front garden of the townhouse.There are large built in wardrobes and chest of drawers as well as spare linen storage

To the right of the landing is the entrance to the master bedroom and a bath en suite.  The master bedroom is light modern and light , with built in wardrobes and chest of drawers.The large double patio doors opens out to views over the pool and gardens .

Basement is on lower lever and includes washing machine , clothes dryer , clothes rack & ironing board with iron. There is also drive in parking into the basement , however this must be reserved at time of booking .

There is a communial barbeque area as well as lots of space for football !! this is a south facing garden so there´s plenty of sunshine! This townhouse is ideal for all year rental , as Winter in the Algarve is perfect for golfing and summer: lots of sun. Please enquire for golf package prices in the winter as certain Courses offer a special Discount if you book at the Townhouse

Situated just 5 minutes from the Marina Vilamoura it offers the whole family an ideal location for that perfect Algarve Holiday. Vilamoura, being the golfing Mecca , spoils you for choice if your ideal holiday involves golf clubs and greens. The Marina offering Boating & Sailing trips as well as the Casino nearby keeps the rest of the family well entertained and if you are still bored there is also the lovely white beaches of Falesia & Quarteira to explore.

Currently have long winter booking till March 2009, however we are now taking bookings for 2009 , and will offer 2008 rates if bookings are confirmed before December 2008.

Other dates will be considered, however, CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR & EASTER , will be regarded as high season

PLEASE NOTE: You are kindly advised that all our properties have a strict No Smoking Policy, you will loose your security deposit due to full steam cleaning of curtains, carpets & upholstery .

BOOKING NOTES: 50 % deposit is required to confirm the booking and balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation a maximum of 50% of the initial deposit is refundable provided that more than 30 days notice is given from start of rental period.

A Refundable £250 breakages deposit is required in addition to the full rental rate. This is refunded between 5/7 days after your departure provided there are no damages to the property. A full itemised bill is provided in respect to damages. We do not charge for breakages to crockery, cutlery or normal wear & tear.

Entrance is at 3pm & exit at 10am. However if prevoius & next clients departure/arrival facilitates cleaning for changeover we can make allowances

Amounts all payable in UK Sterling into UK bank Account however there are payment facilities for payments in US Dollars and Euros

A welcome pack of food, and drinks is provided.

All Accommodation comes with a comprehensive information guide to local areas, restaurants, bars and trips & tours . Additional item requests by prior arrangement: Babysitting service, ironing service, food shopping upon arrival, logs for the wood burner fire.
