Outside the back door you can park and bring in your groceries straight into the kitchen, no stairs!

The grounds are beautifully maintained with several gas BBQ's available for your use. The pool is large, clean and heated year round. It sits beside the intercoastal waterway where you can sunbath and watch the boats cruise up and down the canal. Fishing is available as well on the complexes own private dock.

Our spacious one bedroom condo has ceiling fans in every room, central air conditioning, TV's in both the living area and bedroom and wireless internet for your surfing and emailing in the evening. Phone long distance anywhere in U.S. and Canada for free. The kitchen is equipped with all the conveniences of home. Dishwasher, microwave, flat top stove and oven, all the pots and pans and serving ware you would need to cook your own meal including a blender for those special afternoon drinks.

Our condo unit is situated just north of St. Petersburg beach and you can hop onto the trolley just outside our door and it will take you north to Clearwater beach and south to John's Pass to enjoy the stores and restaurants.
