This lovely first floor family owned apartment is on the small private community of Al Andalus Hills. The gardens are beautiful, and there are communal outdoor and heated indoor pools as well as a children's play area. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated with every facility you would need for a great family holiday or long term winter let.

The apartment is just 15 minutes walk from the nearest beach, but there are numerous coves within a 20 minute drive - enough to visit a different one every day of the week. There are also a choice of bars and restaurants close by. The only waterpark on Costa Almeria is just 10 minutes walk away, and in the cooler months, a hired bike allows great exploration of the mountains or inland desert. The lovely and very different Spanish villages of Mojacar, Sorbas and Garrucha are just a short drive away as well as the larger town of Vera.

The Costa Almeria has one of the best climates in Spain - very hot in the summer, but still warm enough to swim in the Meditteranean in the Winter. In fact, this makes an ideal base to complete one of the '100 things to do before you die' - namely swim in the sea in the morning and ski in the afternoon, the ski resort of Pradalano being a 2 hour drive from the apartment.
