Middle Region

The home of Nashville, this is a must see for those who love country music.  You can visit the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Grand Ole’ Opry.  You can see one of the many famous performers that the Opry has, and also enjoy the gorgeous building that the Opry is housed in.

Be sure to take the Nash Trash Tour.  Given by the “Jugg Sisters,” this tour is a hit with people of all ages.  You can bring your own cooler full of alcohol on the tour and sit back and enjoy the ride on the pink tour bus.  You are guaranteed “celebrity” sightings and you will get to see a side of Nashville that the chamber of commerce is not going to advertise.

Nashville also offers a wide variety of ghost tours for those who feel like lurking into the underworld of the city.  The tours will guide you through the haunted past of Nashville.

East Region

If you get the opportunity, make sure that you visit Dollywood, Dolly Parton’s theme park.  With rides and entertainment, this is a must see when visiting the East Region.  You might even get lucky and have a Dolly sighting.

Also, Rock City Gardens is a great adventure.  Spend the day walking around, and enjoy the spectacular view off of the top of Lookout Mountain.
