Visit History

If you love history, San Juan is the place for you.  You can visit Old San Juan, which will take you on a tour through the 16th and 17th centuries.  Enjoy the old architecture and see the beauty.  This is a great place to visit for the day.

Be sure to visit Pasea de la Princesa while in Old San Juan.  This is a 19th century building that has been restored.  It is at the heart of the city and you do not want to miss it.

If you go to Phosphorescent Bay in Puerto Rico you will get to experience something like nothing else.  There are little animals that react to movements in the water.  When they react, they glow and light up the water.  It is a lot of fun and an amazing experience.

See Nature

You can also go to Gilligan’s Island in Playa de Guanica.  The island is a nature reserve, and you can spend quite a bit of time just looking around.
